It all started with a dream. It was winter and I was swimming deep underwater in the cold blue Atlantic Ocean. I came up to the surface but didn’t stop there. My body kept rising and rising, up above the water, and into the sky. I flew through the valley and out to the ocean. When I woke, this melody flowed out of my cello like the water of the cold blue Atlantic.

A deep dive into the dark winter half of the year by Ireland's Atlantic west coast. Recorded in a small cottage while the solstice storms raged, a powerful blend of cello with gentle harp, all accompanied by the raw sound of the ocean's seasonal swell.
